Diversity at Cedars-Sinai
Diverse orthopaedists serving a diverse community
We are very fortunate to be located in one of the most diverse cities in the world, and we emphasize the importance of culturally competent care and support efforts to diversify the field of orthopaedics. To provide the best possible orthopaedic education and patient care, we are committed to creating a welcoming environment for faculty, staff and trainees of all backgrounds. The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery Committee on Inclusion, Equity, and Advancement includes both faculty and resident members. Our mission is to foster a culture focused on equity, diversity, and inclusion at all levels, and to promote diversity-related initiatives within the institution and the department.
